of Earth's cold core
where the tortured torturer
rests in frozen
imprisonment

an excursion
with Aeneas, Dante,
or ol' Otto
as a guide
won't be needed

a simpler trip suffices
to see its namesake
atop Earth's crust,
its newly erected
Segregation Wall

contracted laborers
from German companies
(tribute to Berlin's success?)
fill Jerusalem, alongside
displaced Palestinians
from The City of Abu Dis
